upgrading cooling fan on 2019 Ranger Crew Highlifter

Has anyone replaced the original cooling fan on a 2019 Ranger Crew Highlifter with an aftermarket fan with a higher CFM? I'm interested in your experiences

I haven't but interested to know other's input too!

I've read that these upgrades helped especially when mudding or in hot conditions where the stock fan might struggle to keep temps down so I'm intrigued!

We both work at a car shop, my friend and I and I think he's done this before but I'll try t o remember what he did and make up for the rest with my own car knowledge
He replaced the stock fan on a 2019 Highlifter with a higher CFM Spal puller fan and he needed to make a custom bracket to fit it, but the temps dropped a lot, especially during slow, muddy rides. It's louder than stock, but kind of worth it at least to avoid overheating. Monitor your wiring since it draws more amps, upgraded the relay. If you do a lot of mud or water, adding a manual override switch is a smart move (my car knowledge)

I helped my cousin swap in a higher CFM fan on his '18 Highlifter after a swampy ride nearly cooked his motor. We used a Spal too, had to fab a bracket and beef up the wiring like your buddy. It was louder, yeah, but he hasn't overheated since. Manual switch came in clutch during deep water crossings. Totally worth it if you ride hot or slow.
