I just picked up a 2019 Polaris Ranger 900 that has the standard half doors. I'm looking to add a top door panel to enhance protection and keep out the weather.

Has anyone attempted this upgrade? I'd really appreciate any advice, product recos, or installation tips you might have. Thanks a bunch

I added soft upper doors from Seizmikm it is a great fit and easy install but you have to make sure to align the Velcro right, or you'll get flapping at speed

What materials are you considering for the top door panel, plexiglass, polycarbonate, or metal, and are you aiming for a fully sealed weatherproof fit or just partial coverage for wind and rain?

You've got a couple of options when it comes to material. For the best weather protection and durability, a hard panel made of polycarbonate or similar plastic is your best bet.
If you want something that's a bit more flexible and easier to remove, a fabric enclosure with a plastic window might be a good choice.
Brands like Polaris, Seizmik, and SuperATV all have good reputations in the UTV world. I've used Seizmik before and had great results
