Anyone here knows a way to add a second battery system? I'm looking to mount a deep cycle battery for a winch set up on my Polaris 570. Appreciate any ideas!

You'll want a smart isolator setup instead of a basic solenoid so your starter battery doesn't get drained. A VSR links both batteries only when the stator is charging strong and separates them when the engine shuts off. Most kits include dual voltmeters so you can monitor both batteries easily.

I have a second battery running with a Blue Sea ACR. So far it's been working great for my winch and lights. It kinda keeps the main battery untouched.

Did something similar on my old 500. Ended up strapping the extra battery in a rear box after frying the starter once pulling logs. Never looked back.

for me mounting location is the trickiest part on a 570
if it's the same for you, try to look under the seat. Any Polaris models have decent space under the driver or passenger seat. You might need a custom battery tray
