offroad capabilitites of the sp 570

our recent purchase has been sitting parked and it's time to put it to the test, so I was wondering if someone can tell me it's capabilitites. THe black mountain trail in Kentucky is close to where I live, so would it work well there or should I take it somewhere else?

the black mountain trail isn't the easiet trail and even though the sp570 is solid, I wouldn't categorize it as the absolute best for this. There are part of this trail where it can tacle with ease, but there are some challenging sections that it wouldn't do so well. I suggest you look at a map or reach out to the park for some guidance.

Good luck putting it to the test It's a good choice for moderate off-roading. It's gonna give you good handling + comfortable for rugged terrain without being over bulky! Update us here

I agree wih @Wonderfool101 black mountain is no joke—it's one of the more rugged trail systems in the Southeast. anyway, as far as "will it work there?"—well, that depends on what you bought, since it's a utility quad, it should hold up as long as you pick your lines smart and don't try to send it like you're at Moab.

Personally, I wouldn't make black mountain my shakedown run, its better to find weak spots close to home than halfway up a ledge with no cell signal.

Great advice, Black Mountain can be tough. It's a good idea to try it out in a more manageable spot first and keep the challenging stuff for later. You're also smart to be aware of your lines

Pretty sure the SP 570 can handle a fair bit, but really, Black Mountain can be brutal if you're not ready for it. Agree with them that it's best to test it out on easier trails first just to see how it reacts under pressure.
