I'm working on a 2018 Ranger XP 1000 that's come in with several issues, but the overheating problem is really puzzling me. I've already swapped out the water pump, thermostat, and temp sensor. I've bled the system a few times with the front end lifted, and while it does run, it still overheats. When I crack the bleed screw, it just releases air. I've pressure-tested it as well, and that came back fine
Has anyone else dealt with something like this? I'm starting to think it might be a cracked head or an internal gasket leak that's letting air into the system, but I'd love to know if anyone has encountered a strange fix before I dig in further. I'd really appreciaet any advice
