I'm planning to upgrade my 2019 Polaris Ranger 570 Mid-Size with 27in all-terrain tires mounted on aftermarket 14in rims with a different offset than stock. I think that will improve its performance on muddy trails but I'm concerned about rubbing issues or extra stress on the wheel bearings and suspension. Should I immediately consider adding wheel and coil spacers to prevent those issues? I need informed opinion on this please!

You're headed in the right direction! In the front, use 1" spacers without a doubt. When you get those larger tires, a small 2.5" lift can help with clearance and improve your ride quality, but you may not need one.

I'd be cautious about adding spacers, they can sometimes cause uneven wear on bearings and suspension components over time

Hmm, I think running 27" tires on 14" rims with a different offset can improve trail performance, but it could also cause rubbing or add stress to suspension and bearings. You might not need spacers right away, but its smart to test fit first. Check clearance at full turn and suspension travel. If rubbing occurs, small wheel spacers or a modest lift should help. Just be mindful of long term wear on components.

Bigger tires and different offset rims can cause rubbing and stress. Wheel and coil spacers help prevent this if properly installed.

Yep, test fitting is wise to check for space problems. A bit more offset or a spacer could work, but watch out for wear later on.

Agree, 27-inch tires on 14-inch rims can affect clearance and increase stress. So, test fit carefully and monitor for rubbing or wear.
